Large quantities of have been taken by Department of Health authorities throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.

A man was spoken with by department officers about unlawfully importing and consequently supplying unlicensed impotence medicines via the internet.

The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medication offenses.

He will now be the topic of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.

The search was performed by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.

Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, stated: “It is vital that we get the message across that unlicensed medications can be hazardous.
